Our Domino web based reporting system provides real time information and data. It allows clients to drill down into individual incident files and access up to date fleet data such as driver profiles and collision ratios. It gives our clients complete transparency into the collision and claims management process and gives them access to information when they need it as well as enabling clients to identify key areas of risk to their fleets.

With access to each and every claim file clients are able to analyse costs, the types of incidents they are having with instant access to their entire claims history at their fingertips to allow them to more effectively manage their incidents from anywhere, anytime.

An integral part of the incident management process is the production and sending automatic notifications of incidents to clients, along with scheduled and ad hoc reporting.

Creation of PDF documents for this purpose was achieved in Domino using Java and has been a time consuming and complex task for our development staff, and consequently an expensive one.

By using DominoPDF, the time and effort required to customise and manage these notifications is reduced drastically, freeing up staff resources and providing a better and faster turn-around time for client notification changes.
